XPS foam broad production line fits for producing XPS (polystyrene) foam board. Products manufactured by this machine have low capacitance, high intensity and elegant surface. Depending on wide applicable range, foaming heat-preservation boards and sheets can be produced if relevant die heads are equipped.
XPS foam boards, treating polystyrene as main materials and injected with foaming agent by extruder, are even extruding airproofing type honeycomb structure boards with even foaming, fine aperture, high compressed intensity, stable dimension, high compression strength （150-700kpa）, excellent damp-proof performance and easy construction, fit for warm-preservation and heat insulation of roof and wall, heat-preservation boards for road, civil engineering project, floor of refrigeratory, wall and laminated heat-preservation boards. This updated warm-preservation, heat insulation, sound insulation and cold-keep materials can replace traditional EPS foaming plastics, PU polyurethane foaming plastics and perlite and have wide foreground in the market depending on excellent warm-keep and heat insulating performance.
